Does it cause eye cancer ?! 😱

Improper use of the phone causes eye cancer!

✅ Excessive use of mobile phones at night causes eye cancer!

✅ The light emitted from the screen of mobile phones causes the death of the cells that make up the retina, thus damaging the eyes.

✅ It should be noted that the treatment of this type of cancer is very complicated because the patient's retina cannot be replaced with a healthy retina.

✅ If you feel strong pressure on your eyeball while using the phone, definitely consult a doctor!

All gadgets emit blue-black rays that negatively affect eye health and vision. In addition, regularly staring at the small text and characters on the phone is tiring for the eyes. The eyes of people whose work is related to computers are even more strained. In a study conducted by the international optical company Essilor, 62 percent of respondents stated that their eyes feel tired at the end of the working day. Although it is impossible to completely abandon gadgets, it is recommended to follow some rules. We share the recommendations of Vladimir Zolotarev, an ophthalmologist, which will help in this regard.

  • Special glasses

Convenience is felt immediately during the use of such glasses covered with special lenses that protect against blue-black rays. Another option is to use glasses that help the eyes adapt. Such glasses do not strain the eyes even when working in front of the computer for a long time, and at the end of the day, you can see that the eyes are less tired than usual.
  • Give your eyes a break from time to time

Take a break while using your smartphone, don't forget that your eyes should rest from the screen. Also, do eye exercises to help relieve tension.

  •     Special evening mode

Try not to use your smartphone before going to bed. Blue-black light causes more damage to the eyes than usual in the dark. If you need to do something with your phone at night, switch it to night mode where the light won't hurt your eyes.

  • Balanced diet

Pay attention to the presence of products rich in vitamins A, B, and C in your diet. Do not eat fish, pumpkin, onion, garlic, cabbage and cottage cheese in addition to blackberries and carrots. These products contain substances that are beneficial for eye health.

  • Doctor's examination

The fact that you do not feel discomfort when using a computer or phone does not mean that everything is fine with your eyes. Go to an ophthalmologist for prevention without waiting for unpleasant symptoms to appear, and then get your eyes checked once a year so it's not too late.
