Can't concentrate? Can't read the books you want to read? There are many things you want to learn, but are you feeling overwhelmed? You are not in the mood, it seems that for some reason your work is not going well. Are you a smart reader, but learning grammar is hard for you these days? Are you in a state where you think a lot, find it difficult to take risks, and compare yourself to others a lot?
Keep silent for 30 minutes! This is not something new. This is a technique with thousands of years of history, full of religious and philosophical foundations. This method has long been used to sharpen the brain. They used it to learn more.
It's very simple (but not easy). They enter a room, and sit down, but do not lie down. To an empty room as much as possible. With the phone muted, the "alarm" is set for half an hour and left outside the room. They enter and sit, but nothing is done, they just sit for half an hour looking at the blank wall. It is not necessary to close your eyes.
Various thoughts come up, and you try to pass them off with just "yes, of course, if that's the case" (it's not easy). There is no attempt to find solutions to thoughts and problematic situations. In order not to fall asleep, it is better not to lean, or to sit in an uncomfortable position.

Let's imagine. Hussain Bolt is the fastest runner. If this person had a seizure before a race and lay on the ground with muscle cramps, would he be able to run fast? He hardly even walks, let alone runs. Or if the owner of a very famous voice pants because he moves a lot, eats a lot, is afraid or excited, can he do it beautifully?
Of course not. Our brain is an organ like other organs. Even so, it is the highest and most complex member.
But our everyday brain is like Bolt having a seizure or Hafiz always panting. Because our brain gets tired from the constant flow of information in this state. TikTok, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, etc. All this makes the brain muscles very tired. Sometimes he gets so tired that he can't even breathe.
The brain needs to rest consciously. Therefore, a lot can be achieved with 30 minutes of silence. At least we will test how far our patience will go. Having a quiet mind leads to a quiet soul, quietness is one of the most precious and valuable qualities.
This practice varies in different religions and societies. Someone says meditation, and someone gives another name. But I think the most useful thing is our religion. It is thought-provoking.
