Why do you need it?
The concept of a healthy lifestyle is evident in many aspects of our lives. I will share with you my observations, research and the knowledge I have gained in this field. The concept of a healthy life does not consist only of food, sports and diet.
You have decided to do sports, lose weight, go on a diet, or change your diet several times before. You want to be handsome and confident. For this reason, you want to follow a healthy lifestyle.
But many times you promise yourself that you will start tomorrow, Monday, or in the new year. But Monday will pass, and we will come up with new excuses and excuses. If we talk about children, livelihood, and housework, some say that they don't like the gym, or they don't have the necessary sports clothes.

Find out why you need it
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not as easy as you think. Because health depends on many things: genetics, daily routine, diet, environment. We can influence others except genetics.
First, clarify why you want to lose weight. Are the clothes you want not fitting or are you tired of self-doubt? Are you struggling to breathe because of obesity? Are you embarrassed to look in the mirror and want to stop it?
Try to answer the following 4 questions:
What if I don't follow this?
What do I lose if I don't?
What will I gain if I don't do this?
What do I lose if I don't?
You will surely find more than one answer to each of these questions. Remember: it's never too late to start something.
